Merry Xmas - and Happy New Year to you both when it comes. 

The stove has been the most wonderful thing ever - lots of toasting heat in the coldest of winters.  Perfect timing!! Thank you for all your hard work in installing it so skilfully.  

I have lots of photos which I will put on to cd and post
to you. The finished effect is brilliant. In the meantime, I'll attach some
photos as samples.

We're absolutely delighted with the stove And the efforts you made to ensure that it was blazing away in time for Christmas. We couldn't be happier with the attention you and Alan have given us. Alan's workmanship, attitude and helpfulness were superb.

Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know just how delighted I am with my new stove. (I have had fantastic feedback from friends and family, they all love it too !)

 

I simply cannot say how much I appreciate the time, effort and attention to detail that Alan put in during what proved to be a decidedly less than straightforward installation. He was 100% focused on completing the job on time and without compromise in any respect.

 

This level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is uncommon, and in my experience, you have provided the best service and value for money possible.

 

As a stove rookie, I also really appreciated the way both you and Alan explained technical points during and after the installation that will ensure I have a fantastic working stove for many years to come.

 

Needless to say I am more than happy to recommend your company and for you to share this feedback.

I need to properly thank you and Alan.  You‘ve been so helpful and kind to us, and I strongly suspect you‘ve both done us more favours than we‘ll ever really know.  Having Alan working on the job has made my life much easier during this last week of worry, I knew I could leave him to do a great job and trust him doing it.  I really can‘t express how much he‘s helped me get through this week.
 
We had planned on taking you both out for a meal once the job was done as a thank you, but with the new arrival that plan will have to change.  Wewill give you some sort of thank you though, rest assured, and I‘m telling everyone I can about the quality of work Alan does to get him as much businessas I can.
 
I‘m hoping we can keep in touch in non-business sense after this, I wouldbe very happy calling you both friends.

Neil and I were really happy with the work done - the fireplacelooks brilliant.  We will get a cheque in the post this week.Hopefully we will have the rest of the room looking nice soon and we will send you a photo or two for the website. 

I have been recommending you at my badminton club (one couple havean old stove that needs replacing) and we will be singing yourpraises as much as possible while also gloating about our nice new stove!

Now that we have had a couple of days of non-stop “stove staring” and our eyes have returned to normal, I thought it was about time to drop you a note.

We just wanted to express our thanks and appreciation at the very professional way in which you went about the installation of our wood burning stove and flue. From the very start, it was clear and obvious to us that we were in good hands. This was comforting especially with something as potentially risky as a wood stove in a modern timber framed house.

We appreciate the neat and tidy way in which you easily managed to go about a messy job and for your attention to detail that I’m sure most people would have overlooked

Our new stove is now the heart of our home and whilst it takes a little getting used to, we reckon it’s the best money we have spent so far in the house. The three cats have now realized there is now another big warm thing they can gather round!!!

Thanks again for doing such a great job and should anyone I now have the need for your services I would have no hesitation in recommending you.
